I signed up on the SolidWorks summer offer to get a free certification using my university email account. It says that after a couple of days we can login to the tester pro app and our free exams can be started. But its been 3 days and the tester pro is still asking for an event ID or a voucher. Time is running out since the exam needs to be attempted before 30th July, what should be done?
