Hi I'm trying to setup our FTC team members to get cloud licenses of Solidworks. I've found the template excel form asking that we list each member. I notice in the header that you need the birthdate for minors, however I don't see a column to enter that information. Also, you ask for 'Email Address used for creating 3dExperience ID'. Whose email are you looking for, the student's email address? I think our school district filters out any emails sent to students from outside their immediate school domain. I'm not sure if this would be a problem.
