Request for Extension Due to Technical Issue During SOLIDWORKS Exam

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request an extension for my SOLIDWORKS certification exam due to a technical issue I encountered during the test.

While attempting the exam on [date of exam], the program unexpectedly froze, and I was unable to continue or submit my answers. I tried various troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, the issue persisted, and I could not complete the exam within the allotted time.So I answered not sure of the answers before submitting.

As the exam retake is available only after 14 days, I kindly request an extension of the exam access or the eligibility to retake it within this time frame. I am in urgent need of this extension because the current scholarship or free access I have will expire on September 30th, and this situation is beyond my control.
