I hope you are doing well. I would like to clarify two points regarding our access and functionality within the platform:
- Account reactivation for my teammates:
Several members of my FS team are also unable to access 3DEXPERIENCE, as their accounts appear denied. Could you please confirm whether each person needs to request reactivation individually, or if there is a more efficient way for the whole team to be reactivated at once? - SOLIDWORKS and 3DDrive issue:
When we open SOLIDWORKS locally, the option to share files to 3DDrive is disabled, and the system reports that the license is not active. We are unsure why this is happening, as initially our accounts were not deactivated.
Could this issue be related to license configuration, or do we need to reinstall SOLIDWORKS under the 3DEXPERIENCE-connected license?
