@AN Thanks for the detailed explanation about my previous question regarding the "undeclared variable"! 
According to your response, I added all the libraries including "Modelica Standard Library 3.2.3", "Modelica Service Library 3.2.3" and "Building Library" as shown in the following picture. I ran the simulation from the example provided in the building library (shown in the figure below). I got the following error. I also checked the environment variable path and attached the picture here.
I would appreciate it if you could answer my question!
