Query regarding update of apps in 3d compass it is showing the message to update my all roles

Earlier, I used/accessed 3DEXPERIENCE for a workshop conducted by the company itself afterwards when I opened this dashboard and tried to access the native apps in my computer it show to update from 5.23 to 6.16 and when I tried to update my all roles it shows the following error in the clip. dear community members Please help me out in this situation or guide me how to uninstall these setups and reinstall it again. This may be also the reason not able to see all the images uploaded on this cloud platform/dashboard as it shows loading error of some links.
