I am experiencing an issue with my 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA license. Yesterday, I purchased the license using my old university email address, which I previously used for SolidWorks. However, this email account has since been deactivated and removed from the university’s system. As a result, I did not receive the purchase confirmation or any activation email.
After noticing the issue, I updated my 3DEXPERIENCE account to my current university email address. However, I have not received any information regarding the activation or retrieval of my license on the new email.
What steps should I take to recover my license and activate the software?
