I have been granted a student license through the Back2School offer in 3DEXPERIENCE on 3rd November 2020, which was the same day on which I got another mail from 3DEXPERIENCE which said that the license that I requested on 23rd October 2020, has been approved. To put it clearly, I applied for a student license on 23rd October 2020. As it did not get approved even on 1st November 2020, I applied to the 'Back to School' offer on the same day. It happened that on the morning of 3rd November 2020, I received a mail that the license request through the 'Back to School' offer has been approved and I have been "invited". I tried to sign in to my 3DEXPERIENCE Platform from the link given in the mail. but was getting the message that I have attached herewith. Again, I received the approval mail for the license that I requested on 23rd October 2020 in the evening of 3rd November 2020 and I was able to download a simulation software using the latter license. I have received a mail on 6th November 2020 from 3DEXPERIENCE that if I do not access my 3DEXPERIENCE platform within this week, my license might get canceled. But when I tried to sign in to my platform through the link given in today's mail, it showed the same message, that I have enclosed herewith. Even today I received a mail from Support.3DSAcademy, which says that if I do not access the platform within 7 days, my license will be deactivated. But the same message is showing, that I have not been invited to the platform, whereas I have been invited by Mansi Deshpande, as it said in the mail of 3rd November 2020. Can someone please help me with this problem?
