Trying to link my license to the downloaded version of solidworks on a new license I purchased three days ago. Account says active on my profile and licensing is all paid and dealt with. When I launch solidworks 2024 the issue is just saying:
| Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to SOLIDWORKS 2024. Check that you have entered the correct serial number. For further support, contact your support representative. (3/0) |
Serial number is correct when I entered it as I triple checked it and had another set of eyes overview it. I have entered all licenses, rebuilt the program, downloaded program again after offloading form computer, logged in on the portal hoping to find a way to link the license. If it is a device registration issue I have used this same computer. My professor and peers do not know what is wrong as well. Open to ideas and solutions.
