My training Videos

I am having problems with the training videos, one of the many I have tried is; Additive Manufacturing Introduction. The video freezes only after a few seconds or I just getting a spinning wheel and the videos never start.

I reached out to the training department and this was there reply:

Sorry for the difficulty.

Unfortunately this email reaches the SOLIDWORKS Training team, which is the author of some of the content, but has no control or influence over website problems / performance.

There have been numerous issues lately and it is being investigated.

You could try deleting your cookies, or follow the help / feedback link on the page to log a support ticket. I wish I had a better answer for you.

I have also reached out to technical support but that did not work also because the link that was provided was denied.
