I have sent several messages via support form but doesn't seem to help. I bought a student license (1 month ago) to 3Dexperience platform from solidworks.com/students. It should include the 3Ddesigner or xDesign. First I couldn't sign in at all. That was fixed but I still don't have roles to do any 3D designing. I have got only the access to 3Dswymer for a while but looks like that is lost again. What is the way to get help?
