License issue

I have lost the ability to open my files that I produced using a 3d Experience Education License.

All my files that I have created prior to Tuesday 17/06/25 I no longer have access to.

I have reissued my roles and license. 

This is my Current Dashboard.

The bottom of my screen is shown below.

I am I now running Premium?
