My name is Efthymia Amarantidou and I have requested 3DExperience Licences through the Sponsorship Form, in behalf of a student team. I received an invitation 3 days later, in order to create my Account and 1 hour later received another email, mentioning that "Administrator has removed your access". You can find screenshots from both emails attached.

What am I supposed to do? Is there another way to request a licence or any other step I should follow?
