My name is Giuseppe Macchia, and I am a student at the Politecnico di Bari, associated with the PolibaCorse team.
For the design of our vehicle, the team has requested a collaboration with your company, and we have been kindly granted licenses for SolidWorks. However, after uninstalling the previous year's application and attempting to install the new version, I encountered some issues.
During the installation process, I am prompted to insert a disk or locate files in a folder that either does not exist or that I am unable to find. I have attached a screenshot of the error message I received. Since I am unsure who to contact directly, I am reaching out to the support team for assistance.
