INSTALLATION HELP URGENT

Dear Dassault Systèmes Support,

This is beyond frustrating.

It has now been over a week since I paid for access to CATIA via the 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Store, and I still have NOT received access, license assignments, or a functional platform setup. This is completely unacceptable for any professional company — especially one charging for software used in education and engineering.

I have received repeated vague emails, none of which actually enable me to use the software I PAID FOR. I’ve waited patiently, followed instructions, checked every single dashboard and platform — and nothing works. No software. No license. No explanation.

To be honest, this feels like a scam. If Dassault Systèmes cannot fulfill a simple transaction in nine days, it raises serious concerns about your platform and service.

I demand:
- Immediate activation of my CATIA role/license
- Full access to the platform I paid for
- Written confirmation of my entitlement
- A working installation/download method
