I and my team have registered for this competition but now we want to add a fifth member and want to know how to do that exactly.

Also, the rules allow us to do the same as they explicitly say-

"once a team has been registered, changes in its composition will be allowed only until the end of stage 2 of the competition, 'Innovate'."
