Hello, 

I have an issue with the 3Dexperience platform. Following the tutorial video i have installed the latest version of the 3Dexperience launcher but when i try to download any app from the compass it says "impossible to recover the installation data". I tried to switch off Windows Defender and also to clear the cache but it shows the same error.
