Have anyone run into the same problem that I am having?

I just purchased and set up the tool on my computer. But once I try to learn through the path of Become a 3D Innovator, I cannot open any card. The first card is Download 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA, and I have downloaded it. The second card is Your Journey toward Employability, and I was able to play the video, but there is simply nowhere for me to click to access the content as shown in the video. 

The card after that is Explore the Collaborative Business Innovator Role. I was able to click, but there is only an error message. 

Please advise.
