i have been trying to purchase the student version of 3Dxpereience, but every time I try to purchase it. It just says student status not verified. People have said you have to upload your ID, but there is no place in my profile to do that. My student email already shows my account is approved, but there are no instructions on where you need to go to upload your student documentation. What is the procedure, or where is the form to upload documentation. It seems like it should be in my profile. It says contact client support. It would be nice to have this process documented.

I go to the page below, then go through the process to purchase 3dX engineer and get an error that says student status not verified. Where is the page or link to fix that, or do you just have to email it to client support directly. There is no form submittal online i have seen.
