1. I had solid works all of last year and it preformed well on my laptop but when I renewed my subscription it made me download the newer version and now says something about the graphics card( the first error in the picture below). What is going on and how do I fix this?

2. It says there are newer versions available but i have the 2024 version( first yellow error) is there something I'm not understanding here? 

3. It says something for solid works is running in the background (2nd yellow error) but I checked my entire computer and I don't have any files called that and nothing is running in the background in the task manager, how do I fix this?

4. Finally I am confused about the drive location that it mentions (third yellow error) where should it be located and how do I find it and move it? 

I am a student but I pay for my own personal subscription. Not sue what is happening but it keeps popping up and will not let me work on my school projects. Please help, thank you!
