Error message is "SOLIDWORKS is not established for your SOLIDWORKS ID" - I tried reinstalling/rebooting twice and still nothing. I suspect the problem is that I purchased (through Cleverbridge) a "student" version and my "My Solidworks" account has "my subscription" listed as "standard". Aside FAQ's and webpages, is there any way to resolve this through customer support? Please contact jpoulette@lanset.com ASAP - Thanks!
