Get started - email not received - Pl help

Hi

I purchased student version of 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for students14 hours back. Received email confirmation that Your order is confirmed.

That email says that "You will receive a "Get started" email as soon as your new subscription is ready to use. This should only take a few minutes."

But I have not received "Get Started" email so far. Please help
