Hi, I'm from the RFS Drone Challenge support team, we have multiple participants (>3 participants) facing this error.

To further elaborate, the participants are in the Functional generative design app and would like to go to the design space analysis by clicking to the exploration assistant tool (picture 1), the platform for some reason switch app to Linear Structural Validation app causing the error (pic 2).

i think we have a few of the participants ask question on this error in this community, but we have not come to a solution yet. the round about way that the participants are now using is to have their teammates who are not facing this error to create the design space analysis for them. 

and I do not think it has anything to do with expired license error as previously mention by the academy support team. As the participants have valid roles in their platform (shown in picture 1), they could not go to any of the apps they do not have access to in the first place anyway.
