Hello i am having trouble with opening programs like part design and part assembly on the 3D experience dashboard. The program is provided by my school to students so this is not a privately owned program. The problems seems to be

account related because i have tried this on multiple functioning cad computers. I have verified my account and it's linked to my school network so it should actually work. 

When i start "part design" in the dashboard, this error message comes up directly after startup, i have no access
