I did try to contact support but i get the folowing message "You don't have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE Platform."

So my problem is when i lauch catia i get a error that said that the software is not found.

I did restart the computer and reinstall the software but i still get the error

And i also did try to use the Launcher it did start but as no option to start catia

I did lauch other program like solidwork and they have no problem
