Hi,
First time student user. This past Friday I purchased the student cloud edition of 3DExperience for \\\$60, however every time I go to access the program online an error message pops up telling me to contact customer support. I'm on a Mac and this error happens on all browsers. I submitted a ticket to Solidworks on Friday and presume I'll hear back from them this week. Any suggestions on what I do in the meantime to troubleshoot?
