Error message: "Access to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is not allowed."

On January 17th I bought your 3DEXPERIENCE platform student version in the "on-line" mode. To date, I can't access it, despite the fact that I have paid, continuing to receive the error message "you don't have access to the service" as defined in the subject. Even though I can post on the forum, I can't use the tools I paid for. In addition, I also received the "Get started" email, but again I can't log in. Would anyone be so kind as to help me? I can't find any support emails, and without these tools I can't complete my graduation job. Thanks to everyone!
