Hi! We want to have a maintenance break for our production line, and we have tried to use Periodic actions as well as Failures, However, they do not take priority over the operator's work cycle, meaning the simulation stops, because the operator does not perform the maintenenace activity. The operator has a set Work Cycle with tasks, but he gets stuck in this cycle and can not break it to do maintenenace. Furthermore, maintenance seems to not be an option in Work Cycle Management. Any advice on this problem?
