I am sending a desperate call to help since I have not found the solution to my problem and that I can't send a specific request to the 3DsupportApp (but that is not our main problematic here). I would like to delete obsolete files that are stocked in 3Dspace and are disorganising my xDesign library. I tried to change the maturity of a file to Private, but I still can't delete it.
What is bothering me is that the "Delete option" (with the trashbin icon), does not even appear on my interface in 3Dspace.
I am thinking that maybe it is not included in my formula (I paid 60€ for the student Cloud version) ?
Is there any way that I could fix that ?
