Hi Everyone,

I just downloaded 3D Experience Edu and when I tried to run it (Part Design Essentials), the app crashed.

Connection to provider PlM1

Connection to server failed 

Connection parameter used to connect to server are wrong or server is unavailable

Check the port / root URl / etc

The application will exit (Please contact your administrator)

I have tried to repair through the setup msi but it doesn't work. I am new to the Catia Community and I am only 13 so I really need some help.
