I still cannot use xShape and xDesign, I get the following error message saying "Connection failed". Process stucks at "1/2 connecting":
I tried with a new dashboard and widget as described in another post and also tested with several browsers (chrome, edge, firefox).
But this did not resolve the issue yet.
