3DExperience is by far the most convoluted and poorly designed piece of software I have ever used! 56 apps on a web portal and no obvious way to even start the program or get support? Cryptic error messages at every turn! 

I have read other posts on here saying I need to create a '3D Space' to store the data. That won't work, either! Could someone please help before I give up and ask for a refund?
