I need to install service pack 5 for SW version 2020, this is so I can at "future version files" (2021 SW files) on my student edition, since all the school computers have upgraded to Solidworks 2021, whos files cannot be opened in 2020 without SP5. On my customer portal page, the service pack downloads display a locked icon for me. I also do not see any check for updates tool in my solidworks application. I can provide serial number and all info per request privately. Thank you.
