Hi,

When I try to use native apps such as part design or assembly design on my 3Dexperience dashboard, it keeps opening me the window to download and install the launcher, even though it already is installed.

I finally managed to install the différent native apps with the precious help of a Dassault representative and I was able to use them for a while, but as soon as I closed the app, the same problem came back (with the apps now installed).
