Hello,

whenever i try to launch the part or assembly design app, i get the following attached message which states that the server is not available or the connection parameters are wrong. 

Diagnosis (Launcher) shows that everything is fine..... this is academic edition 

Any form of help will be appreciated. Re-installation hasn't solved this problem.
