I need some help and maybe some of you had the same issues as I.
After installing the 3DExperienceLauncher.msi it was installed on my computer. First Problem is, that after installing, the install window popped up, but after click on the finish-button it closed. Normally then the next window should pop up, where I can click on install all Data referred to my role, but it doesnt. This is one problem and the other is that if i want download or install data from the webbrowser I am asked for the launcher to use the weblink as reference, after a click on allow only once it says "unable to retrieve installdata". I tried to put down my Firewall and things like this, but all of it didn´t work out. I have no clue why this is not working.
