After 2 months, still receive "Acces to this server is not granted to user" error when opening any 3DEXPERIENCE apps.

Hello.

I bought the "3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students" license on 01/12/2023 (DD/MM/YYYY). After installing all that's needed to run 3DEXPERIENCE, I am unable to start any CAD design applications because of the mentioned error text that shows up right after launching the app (like Part Design, Assembly Design...). The same error shows up when I access the 3DSpace app, unable to create/delete a Collaborative Space or do anything at all. I tried to solve this situation with DS Support, but I was redirected to the Student Community to post my issue, where I was contacted by support staff me to further guide me, to later contact Students Support, to then be redirected here to post my issue a second time.

If it helps, on september/october I bought a "3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students" license and later refunded it, maybe that situation is what initiated this error.
