Hello, I purchased the Solidworks student package on November 9th and never received a post purchase email that contained the serial number that would've completed the installation, even though I received a subscription confirmation of said purchase. After going through 3 different customer service lines, as well as being passed from one customer email contact to the next, I was wondering if there was someone I could speak to directly that could help resolve any issues concerning the purchase that may have occurred along the way?
