3DEXPERIENCE CATIA platform, Part Design App / Mechanical Designer Role

Issue:
I purchased the "3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students" package, providing the means to gain three different certifications. One of the certifications is titled "3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer [hands on] for Students - Associate."
After spending hours going through the guided videos leading up to this certification, I recognized that I did not have the "Mechanical Designer" role. This role is necessary for not only completing the guided video section "Analyze the Weight of Assemblies," but also necessary to complete the previously mentioned certification itself.
The package I bought claimed to enable to me to pass this certification among others; so once I bought the package, I would expect to be given all the necessary resources to do so.
Below I have included screenshots of the certification testing site claiming that I need the "Mechanical Designer" role, as well as a screenshot of the current roles that I do have, which does NOT include of the "Mechanical Designer" role.
If someone can grant me access to this role so I can pass the certification testing I bought, or if I can be processed a full refund, that would be great. Thank you.
