I’ve created my 3DEXPERIENCE ID using my email, followed all the steps as mentioned in the official AAKRUTI YouTube video, and even received the validation link.
However, every time I click on the link to validate my ID, I get an “Access Denied” error on the platform.
We even tried registering again with a different college ID, but the same issue keeps happening. We tried mailing Aakruti's Helpcentre several times, but haven't received a response till now.
Has anyone else faced this issue and managed to solve it?
