"Acces to this server is not granted to user" error when opening any 3DEXPERIENCE CAD design apps and 3DSpace.

I bought the "3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students" license on 01/12/2023 (DD/MM/YYYY). After installing all that's needed to run 3DEXPERIENCE, I am unable to start any CAD design applications because of an error (see screenshots included) that shows up right after launching the app (like Part Design, Assembly Design...). The same error shows up when I access the 3DSpace app, unable to create a Collaborative Space or do anything at all. I tried to solve this situation with DS Support, but I was redirected here to post my issue.​​​​​​​

On September/October I bought a "3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students" license and later refunded it, maybe that situation is what initiated this error.
