Hello everyone, new user here.
I cannot open 3DEXPERIENCE app on my computer. Every time I click my compass to install SolidWorks, I get the pop-up to download 3DEXPERIENCE. It is installed, the icon is in my tray, and I've allowed both of the ports through my firewall. However, it will not open. I have tried the troubleshooting portion where it asks you to install it, and I have tried typing in both ports but it merely gives me the message "The provided port is unreachable." Also, I have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it and have restarted my computer multiple times. Any assistance would be appreciated.
