Dear all,
I recently came up with a problem while using the 3DEXPERIENCE Windows app. While using any application, or even while no application is ongoing, if I click on the Compass to switch to another app, all I can see is a white tab, neither any application nor the search bar is visible (see attachment).
I tried uninstalling the launcher from my pc together with all the 3DEXPERIENCE apps and than reinstalling everything but it didn't work.
Does anybody have any idea about how I can fix this?
