I completed a request for 3DExperience licenses for FIRST Tech Challenge last Wednesday. Since then, all of my students have received invitations to join the platform and have created 3ds IDs. However, they have not yet received confirmation that their dashboards are set up. It has been four business days and the invitation email described the process as taking under 24 hours.
