For the past week, I have been unable to log in to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. I received access to this license approximately 4 months ago and it had been working correctly until last week.
Before the update: I was able to log in, but the platform would not allow me to open any applications.
After the update: The problem worsened, and I now receive an "Access Denied" error immediately after entering my credentials.
I have attached a screenshot of the error. I would appreciate your help in restoring my access.
