I am not able to access my 3D experience Platform with my ID (mayank1111pandit@gmail.com). Actually, I used 3D experience Platform during the AAKRUTI 2020 and had equipped 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) to access after login. When I was trying to open 3D experience yesterday I can't access it because TOTP can't be generated. Infact I am not able to access "swym" too and worst part is I can't put the correct answer of the recovery question correctly. I require to access it to complete a task given by IIT Ropar as a challenge in the selection procedure of the internship carnival. @AK SIr please help.
