Myself Vijay Pisal studying at VIIT Pune participating in the challenge "LF ConnectNext Program India 2021-22".

We are designing "Two Post Stacker Car Parking System", for that we required to design a hydraulic cylinder of lifting capacity ranging from 2.5 ton to 3 ton. We have designed single acting hydraulic cylinder but its stroke length is not sufficient for our system requirements. Now we want to design a 2 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder with same lifting capacity and stroke length of 2.5m. We want reference design procedure and parameters for calculating and designing the 2 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder as per our requirement. Can anyone help me out of this?
