Welcome to our video series for automated FEM on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. In this first video, we are going to show automated meshing on a bicycle frame. At the moment, we have the design model, which is tubular for the majority of the frame. So we will use the midsurface technique and mesh the frame with shell elements. The rear axle mounts as well as the battery pack are going to be represented by solid elements. Watch our video to learn more about automated meshing.
