This short course will illustrate the usage of Tosca Structure 2016 along with Abaqus 2016. It is expected that people who would study this course are well aware with the basics of Abaqus and have some idea of Tosca.

The course will focus on comparing results of Nonlinear Contact and Linear Tied Interaction in Abaqus and Tosca. Participants will learn how to set up Non Linear Contact and Tied Constraint Interaction in Abaqus and carry out Topology Optimization of both the features.

In later part we will discuss the results of both the Interactions in Abaqus. The geometry and loads defined in the model are purely conceptual.
