use Tosca optimisation techniques from within the Graphical User Interface (GUI) to reduce the weight of a part whilst maximising its stiffness.

If you were successful with the first workshop in this series, the Simple Abaqus Workshop (https://swym.3ds.com/#post:38837 ), then you will already have created and saved the Lug part geometry needed for this Workshop. If you are jumping straight in to the Workshop series here don't fear, we have attached the necessary part file 'Lug.sat' to this post.
